How to change your membership plan
If you would like to change your membership plan (Monthly / Annual / Annual + Merch), you will need to cancel your current membership first.
After canceling or once your membership expires, you can switch plans by rejoining your desired plan by the end of the following month.
If you are currently on a Monthly plan
After logging in to the site, please go to My Page and use the “Cancel" button.
After canceling, if you rejoin your desired plan within one month with the same Bitfan ID, all your membership information—including your original join date—will be carried over.
Example:
If you cancel in March (membership ends at the end of March)
→ Please rejoin your desired plan in April with the same Bitfan ID.
If you are currently on an Annual / Annual Plan with Exclusive Merchandise
You cannot cancel during the active membership period. You can change your plan after your membership expires.
If auto-renewal is enabled, please make sure to turn it off by the day before your next billing date.
After your membership expires, if you rejoin your desired plan within one month with the same Bitfan ID, all your membership information—including your original join date—will be carried over.
Example:
If your Annual plan is valid until February 28, 2027, and you want to switch to Annual + Merch
→ Please rejoin the new plan between March 1 and March 31, 2027, with the same Bitfan ID.
Notes:
If you rejoin within the same month after canceling a Monthly plan, you will be charged for both the canceled plan and the new plan.
To avoid duplicate charges, please rejoin in the following month.
Annual and Annual + Merch plans cannot be canceled during the active period.
Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and refunds are not available after purchase.

I want to check or update my account information
You can check or update your Bitfan ID account information from “Bitfan ID User Information” under the “Account Info” menu on My Page.
To change your nickname, click the “Bitfan ID Nickname” button to edit it.

How to cancel your membership
If you are on a Monthly plan
After logging in to the site, please go to My Page and use the “Cancel Membership” button.
If you are on an Annual / Annual + Merch plan
If you do not complete the renewal process during your membership period or renewal grace period, your membership will be automatically canceled one month after your membership expires.
If auto-renewal is enabled, please make sure to turn it off by the day before your next billing date.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please wait until your membership expires.

How to change your payment method for the Monthly plan or update your credit card
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but this process needs to be completed across two months.
1. Cancel your paid membership from My Page at the end of the month.
2. After the month changes, rejoin by the end of the following month using your new payment method.
Please log in with your existing ID and complete the paid membership registration from My Page. Do not create a new ID.
*This is necessary to avoid being charged twice if you rejoin within the same month.
Example:
If you cancel on December 31, please rejoin between January 1 and January 31.
*Your membership information will be automatically carried over if you rejoin by the end of the month following your cancellation.
*Please do not create a new ID. Log in with your existing ID and complete the paid membership registration from My Page.
