How to Change Your Membership Plan
If you wish to change your membership plan (Monthly Plan, Annual Plan, or Annual Plan with Exclusive Merchandise), you will need to cancel your current membership first.
After cancellation or expiration of your membership, you may switch plans by rejoining your desired plan by the end of the following month.
For Monthly Plan Members
After logging in, please complete the cancellation process via the Cancel Membership button on MYPAGE.
If you rejoin your desired plan using the same Bitfan ID within one month after cancellation, all membership information—including your original registration date—will be retained.
Example:
If you complete the cancellation process in March (membership ends at the end of March),
→ please rejoin your desired plan using the same Bitfan ID within April.
For Annual Plan / Annual Plan with Exclusive Merchandise Members
Cancellation is not available during the active membership period. Plan changes can be made only after your membership has expired.
If you have enabled automatic renewal, please make sure to turn it OFF at least one day before the payment date.
After your membership expires, if you rejoin your desired plan using the same Bitfan ID within one month, all membership information—including your original registration date—will be retained.
Example:
If you are enrolled in the Annual Plan until February 28, 2027 and wish to switch to the Annual Plan with Exclusive Merchandise starting the following year,
→ please register for the Annual Plan with Exclusive Merchandise using the same Bitfan ID between March 1 and March 31, 2027.
*Please note that if you rejoin within the same month after canceling a Monthly Plan, you will be charged twice (for both the canceled plan and the new plan).
However, if you rejoin in the month following your cancellation, no duplicate charge will occur, and your membership can continue without interruption.
*Please note that cancellation is not available during the active period for both the Annual Plan and the Annual Plan with Exclusive Merchandise.
*Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted after a purchase has been completed.
